Thanks to innovative VoidInspect technology and high-resolution laminography, we can now detect even the smallest voids and hidden defects—without any mechanical intervention. Complemented by CT-supported 3D analyses, we offer a comprehensive and non-destructive inspection of electronic assemblies. The water-cooled X-ray tube ensures consistently high image quality, even during long measurement sessions.
